LADY JAGUARS DROP LAST REGULAR SEASON MATCH

RUSTON, La. – The Southern University Lady Jaguars tennis team lost their last regular season match against the Louisiana Tech University Lady Techsters 5-2

“I really wanted a win for the seniors on the team,” said head coach Jeff Conyers. “This was a good tune-up for us before the SWAC championships next week.
            Southern (10-8, 9-0 SWAC) will look to win their fourth straight and eighth overall championship next week in the Southwestern Athletic Conference championships.  They will be held at the City Park Tennis Complex in Alexandria, LA beginning on Friday, April 15^th thru Saturday, April 16^th.  More information about the championship can be found the SWAC’s official website, www.swac.org.
