COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) -- DeMarre Carroll had 18 points and nine rebounds as Missouri beat Southern 95-50 on Friday night.

Missouri led Fordham 53-23 at halftime earlier this week but shot just 34 percent in the second half of a 79-55 win.

Against Southern, Missouri kept the pressure on in the second half with a 15-4 run early and pushed the lead to as many as 46.

Matt Lawrence scored all 10 of his points in the second half and Stefhon Hannah, Missouri's leading returning scorer at 15 points a game, struggled. Hannah scored all 10 of his points in the first half but was just 4-of-13 from the field.
