For the second time this season, SU senior defensive end, Vincent Lands has been named SWAC Defensive Player of the Week. Lands finished the game with a game-high 11 tackles (8 solo, 3 assist), to go along with one sack, 4.5 tackles for loss, one fumble recovery, one pass deflection and two QB hurries in SU's 14-10 win over Alcorn State.
