Baton Rouge, LA - The Southern University Lady Jaguars softball team placed four on the All- Southwestern Athletic Conference team.

Freshman Megan Hodge was one of only two first year players to be named to the first team. Fellow freshmen, Brittany Hymes was named to the second-team along with junior Courtney Chappell, who received the honor for the third straight year. Sophomore Denean Woods also earned her second straight postseason award as she was named to last season's first team.
